My proposal is to set VPs of the battle configuration to a higher value as 0 by default.

New players could forget to set this value and get a higher chance to be frustrated (could lead to leave the game)

We are getting a lot of applications from players. If we take them into our tribes, we pay them a daily loan, but often the never come back and the silver we pay them is lost.

Some of us do not automatically accept new applications. The write the applicants and only if they get answer they send the invitation. But some of the new players are impatient. They will not come back (seeing no progress or decide to change to an other tribe with automatic acceptance.

I would prefer to activate "automatically accept new warriors" but i do not like to pay money for those never coming back players. In the case of set of a higher value for new chars in the battle configuration it could be a little pay back for the risk to invest in new players, because they are a little (very little) support in battles.

Lets summarize the benefits of changing the default in battle settings.

It reduces the chance of frustrating new players and this will reduce the number of players leaving us in the first few days

A higher chance to become member of the tribe of your first choice.

A little pay back for the risk accepting new players.

I know this change will support the young and little tribes more the the big ones, but i see no solid risks for the large tribes.
