That may be so, but the Illyrian castle still needs a transfer. -The Illyrians stretched north only to the river Sava. and 383 Tolona i further north then that. If 389 and 390 would be to close to Macedonians then field #381 would still be a better choice.
As far as picturs go there isn't much to go on. There are only maps with the locations of Illyrian tribes and cities.

And as you can see not a lot of them go further then river sava.
There is another reason the capitol should be moved to the coast and that is that Illyrians where greath sealers and pirates and because of there piracy they waged many wars with Greeks, Macedonians and later Romans!
For the Macedonians it is a bit far fetched to put there capital in Hercegovina as they never ruled those lands, not even under Alexander the great.

the Macedonian capital was Aigai until 400 BC when it was moved by Archelaus to Pella.

I guess 401 and 402 would be a better replacement.
