What the hell happened? Before the scoring I was a Thracian king with 2 other warriors, the province had a road being constructed and after the scoring I was a barbarian with no village and with no info how I ended being in that position!

The hell is, to put it in your terms, that each nation must have 5 warriors (including the king) in order to stay alive.
You are allowed to take a castle and start a nation by yourself, but have a number of days (14) to get the minimum number of warriors (5), or the nation will be disbanded and you'll have to start all over again.
You can see how many days you have in the Tribes, next to your nation, as "days short-handed: x"

Well, the clock is ticking, it's up to you to transform the hell into the heaven by calling your friends to join or attract new warriors who start the game.
