I do start to understand the tax system here and I know the meaning of the tribes chest, but I can't figure our for what reason of the pay chest system is? is it just to manage the case silver coins which could only divided be distributed and therefor kept aside?

Let me hear if you know it?

BTW: Could anyone explain the meaning of OD in the list of tribe warriors? thx
