I have a village earning money for me in the first province my tribe held. Now I also have a new province of my own. I want to improve the province, but the money from my village doesn't seem to be useable there. My village reports more than enough cash for the improvements in my province, but no 'build' button will appear in the province. So do I need to transfer cash to the province somehow? Is that done by trading or what? I haven't worked out how trade works at all yet.

The leader or the chancellor of your tribe has to allocate money to your province from the tribe treasury .
