Large bronze doors of great hall of the Roman Senate opened and into the great hall are now going three mens in purple togas and a band of their servants. They are carrying large amount of gifts. In the middle of the hall they stopped and layed down all gifts in the front of eyes of senators. One of three mens in purple togas gave a sign to one of the servants to translate and spoke in noble phoenician language:

"Noble senators of mighty Roman Empire! King and all the nation of them sends us to make an offer to you. An Offer of peace threaty between your and our realm and nation..."

He had spoken many words, but only a few of senators have hear him. All eyes was on the gifts in the middle of hall - rolls of purple clothing and many golden treasures and ingots.

The first Consul of the roman republic waked up on this morning. Then his Slave Spurius Gnaeus sayed him: "My lord the Carthagian Archon is waiting for you." Julius Gaius Caesar sayed: "Where is he now?" Spurius sayed:" He is in the halls of the senate!" Caesar sayed:" OK i will get there!" Then Caesar get to the Senate with his bodyguards. He sayed:" Ave Hamilkar. what do you want to discuss with me?" Then Hamilkar told him his offer. Caesar looked at him and sayed:

Hamilkar responded:

But because you have refuse official peace threaty with us, in future there may be a possibility, that your enemies will ask us for peace or ally threaty and we will accept it, because we will have got none official relations with you and your nation. Our people are respecting only words, that are written, because they cannot be changed and words that are sayed can be and are changed very often. Remember my words o great caesar and consider our proposal once more!"

Standing at his colleague´s side Julian, Second Consul of Rome, answered the envoy´s speech:
