Usually first in the Petitions until the Council members decide it's time to vote.

Since the subject was open to discussions long enough and no further corrections are intended, as Council's member I guess I can suggest to be submitted to the vote, based on your request.

No, I didn't but I separate the proposal in two:

- One proposal about change the titles, we agree is accurate

- Another proposal about the name of the tribe

Further discussions are required since the references shows that Nenzians or Nenets
is the right name for the people located in that area and the name proposed by the in-game Nenzians, Samoyed is only a generic term.

Well, I want too the Teuton tribe to be named German Empire, but is not accurate.
Also I didn't move it to the Petitions, to not create confusion and difficulties for the people to find the topic.
As soon as we reach a common ground, it can be voted.

Of course if don't agree for Saymoyed it will be good to change the name from Nenzians to Nenets anyway because this is the right name of this nation. Nenzians is just an error.

I only pointed out that Samoyed is not very accurate, but it's not totally wrong to call the Ural people like that.

If that makes your game more enjoyable, I'll support your proposal.
