I've been taking a look at external homepages of different tribes, and only a few of current tribes in the Game have a message and a picture in there.

I'm pretty sure many Kings and Chancellors don't know how to use the Message to the Tribe section at My Tribe to upload those pictures and texts.

Taking into account many new players join a tribe and stay because of things they see and read in those pages, I've thought perhaps players who become Kings or Chancellors of a tribe for the first time should receive a PM explaining those topics.
