Sigfried is hit by Zamolxis (-8.6 HP) and has -2.6 VP left Sigfried capitulates 5 defenders and 1 offenders left Zamolxis is hit by Sigfried (-6.8 HP) and has 8.4 VP left how can my brother Siegfried hit me if he capitulate ???????

Your beats were at the same time. It's a deliberate picture. Imagine you hit Sigfried and at the same moment hit hit you during he falls down and after his beat he capitulates.

We had this discussion on KH. Both you and your brother hit each other at the same time and both of you got hit and he capitulates and you lost points. It is not a bug. Game mechanics.
