¿Could anyone tell me if there's any possibility for a player who leaves a tribe to give orders for the army of which was member?

Nah, except he give it the order before he leave it the nation. Hoern implemented the reports of army orders in the Nation History, you can check and see who give the order exactly now
( thank you, Hoern, very useful feature!)

Well, then could you explain me how this happened?

How has Ildico been able to give orders to our army, that I had previously told to stay in our province, sending them to attack Ravenna, if she had already left the tribe?

It's about how the system record the two actions (order to the army and leave the tribe), not about how was executed.
As Ildico state, the order was given before leaving the tribe (it's not possible otherwise),but the system recorded the two actions in a different succession, that all.
If you're not happy with that possibility or still have some doubts, post a topic in tech board, Optimization and message Hoern with the link.

I see Sigfried has got this correct already.

Event sequence is hard written into the mechanics. The computer cannot be 'everywhere at one time.'

Other event sequence should be studied also if you truly want to be strong in this game.
Like turn resolution, and conflict resolution.

Many players already know these things. You just have to ask the right question, to the right people!

Hope that is not all too far off topic. It is all present if you look for it. Just not all in one place.
